Revitalise is a well establised and popular healthy living centre combining a café and shop on the ground floor, with 9 rooms offering a variety of therapies & classes over the remaining 4 floors.

Our specialist areas include power plate classes, pilates & yoga classes, colonic hydroptherapy, deep tissue massage and laser lipo.
This is in addition to our extensive range of alterantive therapies which includes reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy, shiatsu, holistic massage, acupuncture, osteopathy, alexander technique, counselling and many, many more.

Every teacher and therapist working at Revitalise has been through a strict vetting process and specialises in the treatment or class that they offer.
