| After studying
anatomy and physiology to practise Thai Massage, Amanda
progressed into the fitness industry. From starting
as a gym instructor, she has continually used education
and experience to become an advanced level 3 personal
trainer.
She is especially interested in motivation and believes
in setting realistic goals. Along with clear and precise
instruction Amanda may use basic NLP training to set
you on your path to achievement. She also believes a
little laughter goes a long way with exercise.
Amanda’s qualifications: Gym level 2, Personal
Trainer advanced level 3, Keiser Indoor Cycling, K.Cullen
Stability Ball, King’s College Anatomy Real, A&P
Dip, Thai Massage, First-Aid.
