I hold a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage and am a qualified Nutritional Adviser – all acheived with Premier Training. My other qualifications include Advanced Core Stability (YMCA) and Boxercise. I'm also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals - the national register that exists to help safeguard the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise professionals.


The new 6 class course Boxercise for Beginners will include the basic 8 punches and an array of all body moves to get the blood pumping and help improve CV fitness. Split into 5 "stations" the group of 10 people will change exercises every 2 minutes. The stations will include a mix of Boxercise moves, core stability and CV exercises. There will also be time allocated for relaxation, stretching and gently increasing flexibility. This course is designed for beginners so don't be scared, sign up now!
