I hold a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage
and am a qualified Nutritional Adviser – all acheived
with Premier Training. My other qualifications include
Advanced Core Stability (YMCA) and Boxercise. I'm also
a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals -
the national register that exists to help safeguard
the health and interests of people who are using the
services of exercise professionals.
The new 6 class course Boxercise for Beginners
will include the basic 8 punches and an array of all
body moves to get the blood pumping and help improve
CV fitness. Split into 5 "stations" the group
of 10 people will change exercises every 2 minutes.
The stations will include a mix of Boxercise moves,
core stability and CV exercises. There will also be
time allocated for relaxation, stretching and gently
increasing flexibility. This course is designed for
