Charlotte
Batten is certified in Stott Pilates and Power Plates.
She completed her training in essential and intermediate
Pilates mat work in 2006 having practised Pilates for
8 years prior. With emphasis on movement quality, posture
and breathing Charlotte attributes Stott Pilates to
regaining her figure and posture after having her two
lovely children. Charlotte completed her Power Plates
training in 2008 and has marvelled at the many benefits
of this acceleration training.
Charlotte has increased her knowledge and indulged her
passion in both Fitness and Wellness by attending additional
courses and workshops specialising in pre and post natal
Pilates, adding small equipment to group classes (flexi
balls, Stability balls, toning balls, fitness circles,
flexi bands), and is currently working towards becoming
REPs recognised.
Charlotte believes that applying the principles of Pilates
to the Power Plates will not only enhance the workout
but by encouraging good posture and body awareness will
also help to protect from injury.
Charlotte is a member of Fitness Professionals and has
full Instructor Insurance with CMC Insurance Brooker
in parternership with Fit Pro.
