Cathy has been practising reflexology since 1995. A member if the Association of Reflexologists and the International Federation of Holistic Therapies, she regularly attends workshops and updates hers skills and knowledge.

Treatments include reflexology of the hands face and ear when appropriate.

Massage

Cathy qualified in Swedish Massage in 1995 and Aromatherapy in 1996. She went to Thailand and Taiwan in 2000 where she studied Thai Massage full time at the Traditional Medicine Hospital of Chang Mai. She has also been studying cranio-sacral massage for the past year.

She offers a half hour massage to the head, neck, shoulders and back, which can be done through clothes or with aromatherapy oils.

She has been working with the Red Cross for the past three years giving massage to people in wheel chairs.
