Q. Can I try a therapy or class before committing to a full priced therapy or class course?
A. Yes. On the first Sunday of every month we hold taster days. On these days, we offer a variety of taster therapies for only £10 for 30 minutes and our classes and talks are free. This gives you the opportunity to see if a particular class, therapy or teacher / therapist suits you. These days are extremely popular and you need to book in advance. Timetables are usually out a month before the next taster day. Each month we also have special offers on selected treatments. Q. What kind of workshops and events do you run?
A. These vary from month to month. We have a variety of workshops & events such as gaining an Indian Head Massage or Reiki qualification, Detox days, massage for friends, healing & meditation groups, and one day introductory to pilates to name a few. Q. Do you cater for hen parties and group bookings?
A. Yes. We can organise hen parties, wellness days and corporate events. These are tailor made to suit your individual, specific requirements. We are happy to advise and help to plan your day if you require. With 7 different rooms of varying sizes, we can cater for large groups and can combine therapies and classes with lunch in our healthy cafe. Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?
A. Yes. These are an ideal gift for yourself, a friend, family member or corporate
event. Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and

Q. How do I make an appointment?
A. Bookings are made in advance by calling our reception team on 01273 738389. If this number goes through to voicemail, please leave a clear message with your name and contact telephone number and we will get back to you. Alternatively, e-mail us at health@revitalise-u.com with your telephone number and we will call you back to confirm your booking and take relevant details.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. When booking a therapy, class course or workshop you will need to provide debit or credit card details in order to secure your appointment. If you prefer not to leave these details, you may choose to pay in advance. We accept all major credit or debit cards.
Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an
appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients.
Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is
cancelled and cannot be filled. Less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.
Q. What do I need to know before my visit?
A. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to
allow yourself time to complete our client detail form. For therapies,
classes or workshops, please wear lose comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided and all classes are done in bare feet. Any other information that is relevant to your specific appointment will be given to you when you book.
Q. How do I get to Revitalise?
A. You can park directly outside Revitalise or at the car park across the
road. There is also a bus stop outside of Revitalise as well as a taxi
rank. Conveniently positioned, Revitalise is a 2 minute walk from George
Street, 2 minute walk from the beach, and a 10 minute walk from Hove Railway
station. It is situated between 3rd and 4th Avenue and opposite Hove Town Hall. Our address is 86 Church Road, hove.
