Helen is a qualified professional, she graduated in Applied Psychology in 1997 with an Honours Degree from Sussex University.

She trained for her Diploma at the European College of Hypnotherapy as a student of the internationally renowned Dr. Hearne, Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and pioneer in the field of Dream Research.

Helen is registered with The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and a member of the British Holistic Medical Association.

Helen has travelled extensively, spending long periods in India and south east Asia. Being immersed in cultures with healing traditions different to the purely scientific approach of medicine has led Helen to take a truly holistic approach towards health.
