2003 has been particularly busy, dancing at The International

throughout the UK, working with Ian White, founder of
The Australian Bush Flower Essences at the White Light
Essence workshop in York, the International Healing
Show at Glastonbury with Bill Harrison, facilitating

help people and animals. She has always been passionate
about dancing, especially spontaneous dance, where one
can freely express oneself and have fun. Elizabeth went
to Rossholme, a school for the performing arts. She
trained in modern dance and ballet, also achieving City
and Guilds National vocation qualifications in speech
and drama. October 2002 saw the launch of Chakra Dancing
I, already proving to be very popular with all age groups
and genres, it is in it's second print run and public
demand has grown for another CD. Elizabeth has just
launched Chakra Dancing II.(See music)
Elizabeth first became interested in chakras when she
trained in Reiki in 1997, and subsequently with The
National Federation Of Spiritual Healers and felt drawn
to working with them ever since. These powerful yet
subtle energy centres of the body have influenced Elizabeth's
Healing work. "Whether I am healing my body through
dance, meditating, chanting or using colour and sound
I am balancing my energy levels. I feel stronger in
my body, I feel able to cope with everyday stress, and
have piece of mind, and apart from being on my own journey
I like to think I am helping others".
Elizabeth, includes within the dance an eclectic and
diverse mix of influences from around the world, from
tribal dancing to Tai Chi, to yoga and slow motion body
work and gently guides you through the chakras. Within
the dancing arena she admires The Five Rhythms and founder
Gabrielle Roth, trance dance, Tai Chi, Yoga and Yoga
Boxing.
Elizabeth volunteers her services to the Princess Royal
NHS Trust, teaching movement and dance to patients suffering
from depression, schizophrenia, drug and alcohol addiction
and has received very positive feedback from patients
and health professionals.
