Rikto uses a combination of Swedish massage, joint release, energy work, body dialogue and healing to help you to relax and gently open up to more of yourself.

Rikto has been working with massage for over 12 years, training originally with Roy Dean before studying Osho Holistic Massage at the Academy of the Healing Arts in Poona India. On returning to the UK she gained the ITEC qualification in massage.

She holds a post-graduate certificate in Counselling and has just completed the basic professional training in Colour Light Therapy as per the School of Awakening.She will be offering sessions in Colour Light Therapy later in the year.

Rikto is a member of Sussex Healers Association and was chairwoman of Brighton and Hove Healers from 1999 to 2002.

She also works as a massage therapist for Veritas – Wishing Tree Project.
