I qualified as a Reflexologist in 1993 at the Wilbury School of Natural
Therapy. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and
proficient in different advanced techniques - ART and Maternity Reflexology.
I am a qualified practitioner in Thermo Auricular Therapy - Hopi Ear candle
(1999), Indian Head Massage (2000) and Reiki Level 2 (2004).

Since I qualified I have had my own private practice and for the past seven
years I have also practiced at private clinics. I have thirteen years
experience working with people affected by HIV.

Over the years I have completed short courses in different therapies to
expand my knowledge of complementary therapies and to be able to advise my clients whenever necessary.

I have a particular interest in nutrition, which I believe is essential to
maintain good health, and in acupuncture meridians, which I incorporate in
the treatments to enhance their effects. I am at present finishing my first
year of a three-year course in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of
Naturopathic Medicine.

The aim of my treatments is to help people to deal with their physical,
mental and emotional problems by helping them to start their healing process
and giving them a space where they can deeply relax and let go of the
stresses of life, which if held in can be detrimental to their health.

My experience of using these therapies, individually or combined, has proven
them to be very effective in addressing many physical and emotional
problems, helping restore and maintain health and wellbeing. Their powerful
effects never cease to surprise me.
