Yoga
is the union of body, mind and spirit.
Hata yoga,the physical postures brought together by
mind and breath to develop a healthy body.
The Sivananda style of yoga teaches a foundation of
basic postures with relaxation between postures and
an emphasis on breathing to enhance the practice.
I teach a relaxed,gentle,careful approach with personal
attention.
I hope that through teaching yoga to assist the individual
to develop awareness of body and breath and to encourage
the yoga student to enhance their personal wellbeing
through the practice of yoga.
I completed my training at the Sivananda Centre in Kerala,Southern
India,in 2004.
I have taught mainly small groups and thoroughly enjoy
teaching!
At 'Revitalise' there will be a maximum of 8 pupils
per class. |
