During the session you will be lying down on a massage
table fully clothed. I will place my hands on either
side of your head or on specific parts of your body,
channelling healing energy where it is needed. Some
people feel warmth, a tingling sensation or/and various
movements within the body where changes are occurring.
You might also feel temporary pain when there is a release
of deep tension in the body as the body rearranges itself.
Sometimes clients may become aware of thoughts, colours,
memories or images relating to the source of a particular
imbalance or mental/emotional issues that need to be
cleared in order for healing to happen. However, even
without any awareness of these sensations, the healing
is still happening.
